1. Ticket Validity
Tickets are valid only for the specified event, date, and time. All sales are final; no refunds, exchanges, or transfers are permitted once purchased, unless required by UK consumer law.
2. Cancellations & Changes
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled by D Entertainment. In such cases, alternative arrangements may be provided at our discretion, but refunds are not guaranteed.
3. Admission Requirements
Admission is subject to the venue’s terms, including age limits and ID requirements. All attendees must comply with safety protocols and staff instructions.
4. Code of Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behaviour is disruptive or violates event or venue policies. No compensation or refund will be issued in such cases.
5. Anti-Piracy Policy
- Use of recording devices is strictly prohibited during any screening or performance.
- Security may remove anyone violating this policy and initiate legal action.
- Recording or distributing copyrighted material without permission is a criminal offense under UK law.
6. Limitation of Liability
D Entertainment is not liable for injury, theft, loss, or damage occurring at the event, except where liability cannot be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Privacy Notice
Data collected during booking is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations. We will never share your information without your consent, except as required by law.
8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including:
- Acts of God or natural disasters
- Labour disputes
- Public health emergencies
- Transport or technical failures
9. Age Ratings (UK)
We comply with the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) ratings. Guests must not attempt to purchase or attend age-restricted content unlawfully. Valid ID may be required.

10. Purchase of Products or Services

11. Classification Compliance
You must not attempt to attend screenings or purchase content restricted by UK law for your age group. We reserve the right to deny entry without refund.
12. Venue & Cinema Policies
Our UK venues may impose their own rules, such as:
- Dress codes
- Searches upon entry
- Responsible alcohol service in accordance with UK licensing law
No unauthorised recording or photography is permitted inside screening areas.
13. Food & Beverage Policy
Only sealed water bottles are allowed. No external food or drinks permitted unless required for medical or accessibility reasons.
For allergies or dietary requirements, contact the venue in advance. We offer select vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-conscious options where possible.
